Terms & Conditions

  • All Hair Chalk is checked before postage for any damages, however due to chalk being fragile, on rare occasions the chalk may become broken in transit. The chalk can still be used in exactly the same way in this case.
  • Always follow the instructions on the back of the packaging. Wear an old top or place a towel around your neck to avoid damaging clothes when using the Hair Chalk. We do not take liability for any damages caused under these circumstances.
  • As with all hair colourant products – we highly recommend that you do a small test patch before using our hair chalk. Occasionally hair chalk can take slightly longer to remove/wash out on certain hair types; such as very light or brittle hair. We do not take responsibility for any hair staining or damage as a test patch should always be done first.
  • Please note that all items are posted with the Royal Mail. Only get in touch if your parcel has not arrived after the recommended waiting time that the Royal Mail allows. E.g. First Class 1 – 2 Working Days, Second Class 2 – 5 Working Days. As delivery is taken care of courtesy of a third party, liability is removed from Hair Chalk UK. Time is not of the essence.
  • We will only post out an item with the postage option that you have selected. If you require postage outside of the UK please select a worldwide postage option, we cannot send your item until you have done this. If you live in the UK and require a fast delivery – please select Royal Mail First Class or enquire about a next day delivery option. If you have selected a free Second Class delivery, this takes 2-5 working days. 
  • All prices for products and postage are listed clearly. These prices are standard unless a large order is being placed, in which case you can send an enquiry via the “Contact” page. Prices may be subject to change.
  • Please check your address at checkout; once an order has been dispatched we cannot change the address. You must let us know immediately if you have provided an incorrect/old address, if the order has not yet been shipped we can amend the address. We do not take any responsibility for posting to an address that has been provided incorrectly.
  • All of our orders are posted within one working day. We post all items out by 10.30am each working day (Monday-Friday). If you purchase after 10.30am, your order will be sent out on the next working day. Please contact us if you require a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service and we will let you know if it is possible. We do not post items on a Saturday or Sunday, if you purchase an item after 10.30am on Friday, it will be posted on the following Monday morning.
  • Always keep your PayPal receipt (received by email) as proof of purchase. You will need this should you have any questions regarding your order.


We only accept returns if:

  • Hair Chalk is faulty
  • You change your mind – you can return the product at your cost, for a refund for the Hair Chalk only (minus the postage). Also, a restocking charge of 10% will apply. The refund will only be made once the product has been returned and checked for condition.

We do not accept returns if:

  • Hair Chalk is broken, as it can still be used in the same way
  • Hair Chalk has been tampered with (for hygiene reasons)
